Create Trigger for incoming calls

Hi everybody... I want to create a trigger for all incoming calls on my cisco ip phone. We have a tool in our company where we can see every saved information about a user. I want to automate the search in this tool.  My plan is to create a trigger that opens a simple url with the current phone number as a GET Variable. Is there a way i can realize that ? Thank you
