Hello i have a Plantronics M55 headset and I have trouble hearing and everyone tell me that they hear a lots of back ground noise... it does not stay connected properly to my phone sometimes... What other headset do you have that stops background noise and has voice anounce callers because i would like to pay the difference from this one.. please let me know what product that will work for me and resolve this issue...
