BT700 and UC5200 with Plantronics HUB missing out on events
Hi. Hope you can assist on this matter. Facing issues with getting device events from Plantronics HUB SDK when customers are using the BT700 Poly branded USB dongle. This only seems to affect users who has the BT700 dongle, users with the Plantronics branded BT600 has no issues. Only states we get from the SDK when using BT700 are the below during a incomin or outgoing call: _hubSDK_CallStateChanged: CallState_Don Eventkind: DeviceEventKind_Unknown call -1  _hubSDK_CallStateChanged: CallState_Doff Eventkind: DeviceEventKind_Unknown call -1 As well the IsCallActive property is always False called with IsCallActive: False  During init of the SDK this is the info we get: _hubSDK_SDKInfo: sdk_device_attached  Device attached: Poly BT700, Product ID = 2E6  _hubSDK_SDKInfo: sdk_notification  Successfully hooked to device listener events  _hubSDK_SDKInfo: sdk_notification  AttachedEventHandler to device events  _hubSDK_SDKInfo: sdk_notification  Device mute state: muted = False  _hubSDK_SDKInfo: sdk_connected  SDK now connected  called with IsCallActive: False  In case you want to reproduce please grab the following: - Plantronics HUB - Busylight for Plantronics HUB (https://www.plenom.com/downloads/download-software/) - DebugView - BT700 with a connected BT headset Ensure PLT HUB is running, then start DebugView before launching Busylight software to get the full log. Now start calling and receiving calls. Additionally we would like to make a new integration with Poly Lens since that seems like the replacement for PLT HUB, but we are missing out about if an SDK for Lens is in the works and eventually when to expect it - can you enlighten us!  Thanks in advance!
