Hi,<br /> We are running the Avaya IPOCC Web GUI with the integrated phone (WebRTC) in Chrome. Does anyone have a clue how to make an integration with cordless Plantronics devices and achieve call control functionality, such as hook on / hook off?&nbsp;<br /> <br /> Thanks in advance for any qualified inputs that could put us in the proper direction towards findning a solution :-)&nbsp;<br /> &nbsp;

Hello. WebRTC currently does not have the needed facilities to enable remote call control with USB headsets. Your only option at this time would be to use the REST APIs available from this Plantronics developer site. These REST APIs require Plantronics Hub client software to also be installed. Your application can control the headset via the REST APIs hosted by Planotronics Hub. Hope this helps.
