P240 speaker phone function

Customer has issue at P240 speaker phone mode when it's used by skype for business. They report the speaker phone mode is pushed which is recognized and shown as flash button pushed. They would like to confirm this function is standard or not. They states this speakerphone button is defined as HID（Human Interface Device）at windows.  It cannot be controlled which command was used by application.
