64bit Poly Library
Hi Guys,   I am writing from Zurich Global Financial services and we have just procured a pretty sizeable nuber of the Blackwire 5210 Series to support our new AU telephony build. After deployment we are finding that the call control buttons wont work with the 64bit AAfD client.   Can you please provide a roadmap/ date  to release of the 64bit Poly library so we can advise the business when we might be able to provide that functionality?

Hi Michael, Thanks for the post. We don't have a date for 64-bit Native Library API support at present. Avaya Agent for Desktop client only currently supports Poly headset call control with the 32-bit version of the client. This is documented in Avaya's release notes at the top of page 11, here: https://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/101064322 "Enhanced support is only available for Windows (32 Bit install) and MAC."
